The Lily Pad at Cabin Grove
We have stayed twice in the last 3 months and thoroughly enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The privacy and seclusion gets 5 stars along with cleanliness. We visit the lake frequently and will plan our future trips around availability of the Lily Pad.

The space was very nice. For some odd reason gps took us to the opposite side of the location. There was no outside lighting, it was pitch black outside. It took us a moment to get someone on the phone instead of through messages (which weren't very prompt when you're driving around in the dark). The host had to send us direct coordinates of the home. So if you can, get there when it's still daylight. We had a second private contract to sign that was for the host, I didn't care for that considering we booked through Airbnb, so we thought everything was already taken care of. You can't get the key to the property until filling that out. Which was an huge inconvenience when you're already driving around in the dark because the address listed takes you the other direction. Other than everything listed, the property itself was beautiful and very peaceful. My husband said he wouldn't mind booking again even though we experienced all that before getting into the property. Minor setbacks!

Just perfect and relaxing
The property is everything you need to a relaxing getaway in the woods but definitely close to everything you would need during your stay. The golf cart included with your booking is just the icing to the cake, a lot to see around if you decide to spend some time on the cart. The staff is very friendly and comunicative, we definitely loved our Friendsgiving getaway.

Truly an awesome experience and great place to relax for a weekend. Extremely clean and as described. The only downside was that wifi was an extra cost which I feel the host can include. Regardless, loved the place and will be back!!!

Highly impressed.
I have nothing bad to say about our experience. The place was so nice and had everything you needed when yo needed it. The floor plan was perfect and whoever decorated the place did a beautiful job.

Amazing Weekend Getaway
Just an awesome place, 2.5 hours from Houston. Extremely clean, well maintained with all the amenities for a family to relax. Close to the lake and activities in this area. Only request to management is that Wifi should be included in today's age and charging extra for that is not the best idea. Regardless, no complaints, just loved the place. Will definitely be back! Probably multiple times ;)

Absolutely perfect stay! The cabin is adorable, comfortable, clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The retro kitchen is adorable but with an induction range that heats up amazingly fast. Amazingly functional kitchen, super comfortable beds, lovely little pond and deck. I think this may be our favorite cabin we’ve stayed in. Just love everything about it. It’s so convenient between BOTH nearby reservoirs!
