Nice location on the lake. Boat ramp really close good spot in a cove. Beach next to property perfect for the little ones to swim and anchor the boat. House has just about anything you could need in the kitchen. I would stay here again.

Amazing cabin with beautiful views. Only issue we ran into was getting complaints of having too many vehicles. We arranged for 8 vehicles between our group since that’s what the listing states but I was called and told only 4 vehicles were allowed at the house at a time. Thankfully we were able to park at a friend’s property so our trip was not ruined. I would still recommend this place.

This home is exactly what you think it is and more. It’s j Close to the water, plenty of room, tons of games, great yard, outdoor entertaining area is amazing and the list goes on. If you are looking for a really nice stay that exceeds the listing… this is the one. Super clean, presentation is amazing as well. We liked it so much that we are going to try and book it now for a full week for the summer in 2024. Bottom line, this is an amazing home that will not disappoint you.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation at Rollingwood Retreat. The children swam every day. Nice swim spot with sand bar. My son barbecued every afternoon on the Weber grill. Any and everything we needed to cook and serve our meals was provided in the well stocked kitchen. The family played a lot of pool games on the pool table. We played so hard and when I rested the king size bed was so comfortable I fell fast asleep. Would highly recommend Rollingwood Retreat!

Great place to stay with the family with a view
The view from this property hands down is reason enough to stay but the owners put a lot of effort into the house to make sure it's a great experience. The game room was nice with the pool table, refrigerator and a ton of games. Lawn is great to play washers and have the view of the lake. Patios are both up and down stairs that are huge with a lot of seating. There are 4 total sets of bunk beds so plenty of room to stay with 3 to 4 families with kids. They included a basket with items to make s'mores using the fire pit. Great property - thank you!

Rollingwood Retreat was spacious with great views of the lake! Pros: It was a rainy weekend, so having the pool table and ping pong table were nice to keep us occupied. It’s also a great proximity to stores, restaurants, etc. The property managers did a great job communicating before and during our stay there. Cons: We had to bring all of the basic amenities (besides toilet paper and paper towel). We could tell there was a cat that had previously stayed there, and some of our guests have cat allergies. There were lots of games provided but most of them are missing pieces, so I’d recommend bringing your own. Surfaces were clean, but home was in need of a deep clean.

We met friends and had a wonderful time with our two families. There was plenty of space for the kids to spread out. They enjoyed the many games and outside spaces and the grown ups could enjoy a place to have conversation, watch the sunrise/set, and of course catch a football game. The large kitchen was well appointed with more things than we could ever need! It was also beautifully decorated for the fall season.

The view doesn't get any better!
Hi! We had a great time at the house this week. We needed more time there. 3 nights WAS NOT enough time. I wanted to play ping-pong and pool but never got the chance because we had beautiful weather the whole time we were there. We are from Bridge City, TX and it sure beats the Sabine River where we locally boat at. The house and the amenities were a 10. There was nothing I could think of, that the house did not have. NOTHING! However, I have only 1 thing to suggest that can be fixed easily: The garbage was over-flowing the day we got there. My suggestion is to add more large garbage cans outside just in case there is an over-flow again. :) But even garbage didn't keep us from making great memories and having a blast at this home. We will definitely go back next year.

Amazing view well equipped home
This home is equipped with everything you need. The owners are so thoughtful left a s’mores basket. The view is amazing. The home is gorgeous , comfortable and we will be staying again. Well worth it !

Cleaning
House could have been cleaned better. Spider webs on outside doors and ceiling fans. Inside, lots of bugs in window seals. Previous cleaners did not empty trash cans. Overall, very nice house.
